Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We are appointment only to ensure you receive the best experience possible. Please book ahead to reserve your preferred time.
Where do you provide services?
We offer massages at our location, and we also provide mobile massage services where we come to you. If you’d like us to travel to your home, office, or event, please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us directly, or send us a message.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards?
We do not bill insurance directly, but some clients use HSA or FSA cards for massage services—check with your provider for eligibility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level, and you will always be properly draped with sheets during the massage.
Do I need to arrive early?
Yes, please arrivi 10–15 minutes early allows time to check in and relax before your session.
Are massages safe if I’m pregnant?
Yes, we offer prenatal massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. Please let us know how far along you are when booking.
Do you require proof of vaccination or health forms?
At this time, we only ask you to complete a simple health intake form. No vaccination proof is required.
What measures do you take for cleanliness and sanitation?
All rooms, linens, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients, following strict health and safety protocols.
Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from getting a massage?
Certain conditions, such as fever, contagious illnesses, or recent injuries may require postponing a massage. Your therapist will review your intake form to ensure safety.
What if I have allergies or skin sensitivities?
Please let us know ahead of time. We offer hypoallergenic oils and lotions to ensure your comfort.
Is your spa handicap accessible?
Yes! Sacred Tranquility Place Spa is fully handicap accessible. The building offers handicap parking and an elevator, and our treatment table is ADA compliant. Please let us know of any special requirements when booking so we can ensure a comfortable and safe experience.
